Villa Pavones is located two hundred meters from the Pacific Ocean, and it's just a 15 minute stroll to reach the world's longest left point break, Pavones...
The Surf
With one of the world's longest left point breaks surfers come from near and far. Even if you aren't an avid surfer you can still enjoy the warm waters (80 degrees!!!) of the Golfo Dulce for swimming, boogie boarding, or wading in the tide pools.
Accommodation
Villa Pavones has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and offers you all the modern amenities from airconditioning , hot showers and a well-equipped kitchen, to laundry facilities and much more...
The open air covered patio-area is very spacious and great for enjoying margaritas with your friends after a full day in the surf & sun.
Villa Pavones has one of the few swimming pools in all of Pavones. This is truly a sueno (dream) place to experience! The open air shower and bath will be a total new experience for most of the guests.
There is a separate cabin with adjoining bathroom that sleeps 4 people also.
Activities
There is great fishing in the Gulf and the rivers that flow through the jungle. Boats can be rented for fishing or taking a short trip to the Osa Peninsula where one of Costa Rica's natural gems resides- Corcovado National Park. Horseback riding along the beach and up into the jungle hills is a great way to enjoy the gorgeous panaramic views of the coast and the lush rainforest habitat.
Birdwatchers and naturalists will find themselves in heaven while on rainforest tours with guides from the Tiskita Ecolodge. Over 200 native bird species, 3 species of monkeys, frogs, sloths, iguanas, lizards, ant eaters, and snakes are abundant in the bordering Conte Burica Rainforest Reservation.
After a full day in the sun enjoying any one of these activities a nice way to unwinde and relax is by practicing yoga at a local open air studio or pampering yourself with a massage.
