Jennifer is a top real estate agent in St Francis Bay, South Africa and has known the town since she was 2 years old. Her father, an attorney from Bloemfontein, built the 7th house in St Francis in 1968 as a holiday home for the family. For the 4 school holidays a year, they would travelover 10 hours to enjoy the beach breaks and unsurpassed lifestyle that this coastal village had to offer for over 15 years.

In 1983 the family moved to St Francis to live there permanently. Her father established the first Notary and Conveyancing practice and in partnership with her brother, John, opened the first professionally run Real Estate business which later became Chas Everitt.

Jennifer obtaineda Legal Secretarial Diploma and shegraduated from the University of Port Elizabeth with an Honours degree in Psychology. Jennifer entered the corporate world of retail for some years and then rejoined her brother John and Principal , as a Real Estate Agent in 2003 and moved to live permanently in St Francis Bay.

She passed the Estate Agents Board exam in 2003 and has attended a number of in-house courses as well as external American based CRS training seminars and a qualification in Sectional Title.

She has accomplished herself in obtaining a number of awards during her estate agency career incorporating:
