Location

Peniche Kite and Surf center is situated in the beautiful city Peniche on the peninsula that is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean. At the horizon, you can see Berlengas islands and one of the most beautiful sunsets in Portugal.

They are on 94 km from Lisboa and about 285 km from Porto.

The accommodation is perfectly located on only 50m from Quebrado beach, where you can find a nice café to enjoy your morning’ coffee or sangria at night in front of the beach. You are on only 5 minutes from the Peniche kite and surf center, with perfect conditions for surfing and kitesurfing in front. The old city center, where you can find shops, restaurants and disco clubs is only 400m away.

The Surf

Peniche Kite and Surf center is located at Cima beach, in Peniche. The waves in front of the center, perfect for beginners, are very consistent and there is surf almost every day off the year. The next beach – Supertubos, is a world famous surf spot, perfect for advanced surfers.

The Peniche Kite and Surf Center provides the beach with lifeguards, a rescue boat and bar. There is a volleyball field on the beach too.

The Peniche Surf & Beach House are not just a hostel where you can spend the night. There you can meet interesting people who adore surfing, photography and have big experience in traveling the world. Peniche Beach & Surf House is the place where to meet friends…

The friendly staff will help you and provide you with a lot of useful information. In fact the host – Joao is a famous kiter and surfer in Peniche, he knows the best spots in and around Peniche . For an additional fee its possible to get a transfer from the house to some other spots around Peniche. The reception is at your service 24 hours, 7 days a week.

There are rooms for 2, 3 or 4 people. There are private rooms with a beautiful terrace and great oceanviews or there are shared rooms with bunk beds. All what you have to do is choose the best option for you.

The big communal kitchen is fully equipped and you can relax in the comfortable living lounge with TV, DVD and PC, a great place for evening gatherings. The Beach house provides free WI-FI in all rooms and they do your laundry for free too.

Surf School

Peniche kite and surf center its surf lessons take place in Praia do Cerro, the perfect place for learning to surf, waves are 0.5m - 1m and they are very consistent. In praia do Cerro they have an exclusive place for their surf students.

All surf instructors are highly qualified and have lots of experience in teaching to surf.
