Use of Livethelife website
Use of the Livethelife website (‘LTL website’) is subject to these user terms and conditions and the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy . If you do not agree to these terms & conditions, please stop using the LTL website. These terms are a legal agreement between us and can only be modified with our consent. We reserve the right to change the terms at our discretion by changing them on the LTL website.
Nature of Operation
The LTL website acts only as an online Travel and Real Estate Guide for its visitors and not as a bookings or real estate agent or owner. The LTL website is free for its visitors, who pay to the owner or agent directly. LTL website users pay the same amount when renting and buying, as if they would book directly with the owner or agent and did not contact them through Livethelife. Livethelife makes sure the clients get an answer from the owner or agent when he/she asks a quote and we are available to our visitors for any questions, remarks or complaints.
Accurancy of content
All property details and photos are supplied by the owners or agents and LTL relies on the owners or agents to update or correct information on the site wherever necessary.
Please note – Livethelife does not personally inspect the holiday accommodation or real estate for sale advertised on this site. Therefore, we accept no liability and offer no warranties in relation to the sites content to the fullest extent that such liability can be excluded by law. The LTL site may feature hypertext links to other websites operated by other people. We take no responsibility for, and give no warranties, guarantees or representations in respect of linked sites.
Complaints
It is important to us that your accommodation and real-estate search experience meets your expectations. Please ensure that you take up any issues that you experience directly with the establishment or agent during your stay or tour, in order to give them an opportunity to rectify the situation.
If you have a complaint about an accommodation establishment or agent, or about Livethelife, please contact us. We treat every complaint seriously and act on it within 24 hours.
Information Transmission
Whilst Livethelife endeavors to protect your information from observation by any third party during transit, use of the system is entirely at the user’s risk. Livethelife gives no warranties and will not be liable for any damage or costs you might incur as a result of unauthorised viewing of your information.
Privacy preferences
LiveTheLife will not use your personal information for a different purpose than for the enquiry and partner you provided your data for.
You can choose to receive Livethelife newsletters when you contact an Owner or Agent through the LTL Website.

Legal Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
South African law shall apply to these terms, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. You irrevocably agree that the courts of South Africa shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the Southafrican courts. The place of performance shall be South Africa.
