The moorings at La Balise Marina are built to international standards and have electrical points. Marina Management is responsive and knowledgeable. Minor repairs to your craft can be undertaken and your petrol and diesel supplies are on site. The management team is on hand to sort out the hassles associated with boating. RENTAL POOL The legal framework obliges IRS developers to take responsibility for the orderly management of the rental pool and obliges any residential rental in an IRS scheme to be undertaken by the developer or a Management Company designated by it. HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION The Home Owners' Association (HOA) will be created by the developer for the purpose of managing the estate. The common area property ownership will be transferred to the HOA. The HOA will be a non-profit organisation, governed by the applicable laws of Mauritius.
