This Spanish home is located in the private beachside community of Atami, just 5 minutes away from the town of Playa El Tunco and the waves. You are on a short walk to Palmarcito Beach, cove, estuary, mangrove and beachfront saltwater swimming pools.

The home consists of three levels, of which the 3th level has a seperate maid's quarters with a full bathroom. On the first level you have parking for 5 vehicles, an outdoor shower, swimming pool with brick pump house, 4 hammocks on the patio and the living room, kitchen, dining room and a full bathroom, plus the septic tank.

The floors are terracotta tiles, 30 x 30 cm, and ceramic brick, 33 x 33 cm. The walls are mud brick, plastered, tuned and painted, with teak structural reinforcements. The 3 bedroom ceilings are white fibrolite, wooden strut suspended, the rest of the building does not have false ceilings. The roof is clay tile, Arabica, supported on a pine and teak wooden framing. The windows and doors throughout are fixed glass with wooden frame.

The front gate consists of 2 large wooden varnished doors with a steel reinforcement.

Water is provided by and paid for through HOA and electricity is provided by the local electricity company "Del Sur."
