Location

Casa MarBella sits on the hillside of Playa Carmen ( in Santa Teresa), providing fresh ocean breezes and a great view of the Pacific Ocean.

Located just 100 meters up from the main road and about 250 meters to the beach and surf breaks, most of our guests would agree that we have one of the best locations in town.

The Surf

Santa Teresa offers excellent surf for beginners to advanced. This area has some of the most consistent waves in the world.

Casa MarBella is located close to a variety of beach and reef breaks.  They even have Playa Carmen break directly in front of the hotel.

Accommodation

At Casa MarBella they offer a variety of accommodations: rooms, suites and luxury condos.

Each accommodation offers you an ocean view, private bathroom with hot water, airconditioning, wi-fi, mini-refrigerator and safe and they are all connected to the refreshing infinity edged pool.

Rooms consist of a Queen size bed plus an individual bed or a King bed with kitchenette.

Suites consist of 2 bedrooms with a king and queen or two queen sized beds (depending on the suite), fully equipped kitchen and private ocean view balcony.

Luxury Condos offer you 3 bedrooms with a king, queen and two individual beds, fully equipped kitchen, deluxe bathroom, spacious living room and balcony with perfect ocean views from just about every window.

Packages

They are happy to put together a custom package for their travelers that would like something extra special. The packages can include anything from surf lessons, private yoga instruction, spa treatments, champagne and/or private chef services and more...

The area and hotel offer you lots of activities like surfing, yoga, pilates, hiking, ATV tours, ziplining, waterfalls, snorkeling, world class fishing, paddle boarding tours and lessons, beach combing, horseback riding, swimming and much more.....

Casa MarBella offers surf lessons with an instructor that has over 25 years of experience. They also provide a wide range of surfboards to meet the needs of beginners to advanced surfers.

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund less transfer fees and $25 cancellation fee with 30 days or more notice. With a cancellation 29-14 days before your arrival date, you will receive a refund minus a 2-night stay and any transfer fees. Less than 14 days notice, no refund of your deposit.
