Location

Casa del Soul is located on a mere 200 feet ( 60m ) from the ocean with amazing seaviews from its 3 stories rising above the tropical forest alive with the sounds of the jungle. Dolphins, parrots, Toucans and monkeys are indigenous to the nearby sea and jungle.

Casa del Soul is situated on 8 minutes from San Juan Del Sur in the beautiful Nacascolo Bay.

San Juan del Sur is a charming fishing village and sought after vacation spot on about 2 hours from the Managua International Airport.

The Surf

Surfers come from around the world to surf the beautiful waves in the San Juan del Sur area, the surfing capital of Nicaragua.

Exceptional surfing can be found along this coastline with several beaches offering epic waves and pristine conditions. A natural phenomenon of continuing offshore breezes allows for surfing all day, almost everyday.

The most popular surfing beach, Playa Maderas, is just a 20 minute ride from San Juan Del Sur.

Surf shops are abundant all over the town and are relatively inexpensive to buy sunscreen, towels, snorkeling gear, or anything else you might need. They often also rent surfboards...

Accommodation

Casa del Soul offers you 3 B&B bedrooms, each sleeping 2 people, or you can rent the whole house, perfect for a group of friends or family of 6.

Each room is unique and has its own combination of imported Italian ceramic, Brazilian blue slate and travertine., featuring oversized bay windows that provide fresh tropical ocean breezes. 2 of the bedrooms are on the second floor and share a huge balcony that overlooks the pool and ocean.

The rooms are well-equipped with TV, DVD, iPod music system, wifi and ceiling fans.

The owners live on-site and can help with anything that is needed and you can enjoy all the extra facilities ( see the facilities section ).

There is 24 hour security and a full-time cook. Rooms are cleaned daily except for Sundays.
